Barbuda Bay employs Caribbean Professional Consultants, Inc. (“CPC”). CPC, originally under the banner of Edmond Blaize, AIA, has been in business since 1984. The Chief Principal, Edmond Blaize, has been a registered practicing architect over thirty (30) years with various firms on the United States’ Mainland and the Caribbean. Mr. Blaize, along with Structural Engineer Udo Penther (Principal), form the nucleus of the firm. Mr. Blaize received his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology-Old Westbury in 1981. Mr. Blaize resides in Coral Gables, Florida, St Thomas in the American Virgin Islands and in St Johns, Antigua.
